How do I graph a function?

Type your equation using standard math notation (e.g., sin(x), x^2 + 3, e^x) in the function input field. The graph updates automatically as you type. You can use functions like sin, cos, tan, sqrt, log, ln, abs, and more.

Can I graph multiple functions at once?

Yes! Click the Add Function button to add up to 8 simultaneous functions, each with its own color. You can toggle visibility, change colors, and remove individual functions.

What types of graphs are supported?

The calculator supports three graphing modes: Standard (y = f(x)), Parametric (x(t) and y(t) as functions of parameter t), and Polar (r as a function of angle theta). All modes support the full range of mathematical functions.

How do I zoom and pan?

Use the scroll wheel to zoom in/out centered on your cursor. Click and drag to pan the view. On touchscreen devices, use pinch-to-zoom and swipe to pan. You can also use the +/- buttons or keyboard shortcuts (+, -, arrow keys).

Can I save and share my graphs?

Your graphs are automatically saved in your browser's local storage and will be there next time you visit. You can also export graphs as PNG images or generate a shareable URL link that encodes your functions and viewport settings.
