This is the one feature that is not done in your browser: the address you enter is sent to FreeWWW's server, which loads the page and returns a full-length image. We don't store the URL or the image, and only public pages work. (The reason your browser can't do this itself is that its Screen Capture API only ever exposes the currently visible frame — it can't scroll or stitch a page together.)
Any modern desktop browser with the Screen Capture API — Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Opera — can capture your screen. On phones and tablets, operating systems generally block screen capture from web pages, but you can still use Open image to edit a picture you already have.
