    3. Review Analysis: After 1-2 weeks of tracking, check the Analysis tab to see potential correlations between foods and symptoms.

    4. Discuss with Doctor: Share your findings with a healthcare provider for proper evaluation and diagnosis.

    How to Use This Tool
