How to Use This Tool

  1. Log a headache — Record the pain intensity, headache type (migraine, tension, cluster, etc.), location, and duration when an episode starts or ends.
  2. Add triggers and symptoms — Select from common triggers (stress, weather, food, sleep) and accompanying symptoms (aura, nausea, light sensitivity) for each entry.
  3. Track medications and relief — Log which medications or treatments you used and whether they brought full, partial, or no relief.
  4. View trends — Switch to the Trends tab to see headache frequency over recent months and your severity mix.
  5. Review insights — The Insights tab identifies your most common triggers, warning signs, peak headache times, and medication usage.
  6. Export for your doctor — Use PDF or CSV to bring a clean diary to your neurology appointment. Backup saves a full JSON copy you can re-import later.
