How to Measure Your Feet
Foot length is the most reliable way to find your size in any system. Measure late in the day when feet are largest.
Trace your foot
Place a sheet of paper against a wall and stand on it with your heel touching the wall. Trace around your foot or mark the tip of your longest toe.
Measure the length
Measure from the wall (heel) to the longest toe in centimetres or inches. This is your foot length.
Use the larger foot
Measure both feet. They are rarely identical, so use the larger measurement to choose your size.
Enter it above
Type your foot length into the "Or Foot Length" box to get your size in every region instantly.
💡 Shoe Sizing Tips
- Measure Your Feet: Always measure both feet in the evening when they're slightly larger. Use the larger measurement.
- Brand Variations: Sizing can vary between brands. When possible, check brand-specific size guides.
- Width Matters: This converter focuses on length. If you have wide or narrow feet, consider width fittings (D, E, EE, etc.).
- Sock Thickness: Consider the type of socks you'll wear with the shoes when selecting your size.
- Try Before Buying: If ordering online internationally, check the return policy in case the fit isn't perfect.
- Children's Shoes: Leave about 1cm (0.4 inch) growing room for children's shoes, but not more to ensure proper support.
